The town has a wide range of bars and restaurants, many of them offering freshly caught and deliciously prepared seafood. The surroundings range from vast sandy beaches, oyster-beds and vineyards to a number of historic cities. There are excellent connections by air, train or road.

The open-plan kitchenette has all the modern equipment necessary for relaxed self-catering. This includes a dish-washer, large fridge, induction hob and multi-function oven. A kettle, Nespresso coffee-maker and a toaster are also provided. The bathroom contains a deep double-end bath as well as a separate walk-in shower with overhead rain-shower. Along with a wash basin, there is also a heated towel rail and hair drier. Good quality bathroom towels are included in the rental costs. There is a separate WC with a wash basin. The apartment is situated on the first floor and can be reached by stairs or lift. It is wheelchair accessible and is on one single level. Port Rive Gauche’s amenities include a communal laundry room with washing machine and separate drier. Secure on-site car parking is available in the garage on request at no extra charge.
